Basically, TimeSync offers 1-on-1 meetings at the moment. However, you can set the “Add Guest” feature that allows your clients or invitees to invite another guest (maximum 5 people) to join.
Here’s how to set it up.
- Select the event in the dashboard.
- Under Edit meeting, choose Invitee Questions.
- Next, you will find the default question field under Invitee Questions. Switch on the toggle button for Add guest to activate the field.
- Hit the Update button for the changes to take effect.
- Now, you will see Add Guest button on the booking page.
- Simply click the button and the field will appear for you to write the guests’ emails. To add more than 1 email, you just need to separate them with space.
