In NovoChat, users can add contacts to their workspace and keep them as a database
Also, users will be able to see a list of contacts and details as follows
- Name: Name of the leads, prospects, users
- Channel: the messaging channel contacts come from
- Phone: this is usually for those coming from WhatsApp
- Email: mostly for contacts added and users coming from Messenger
- Tags: tag for each contact for grouping
- Actions: there are Edit and Delete buttons
- Filter to search contacts by tag
Add New Contacts to Workspace
There are two ways to input new contact
- Adding contacts manually one by one
- Adding many contacts at once by using a CSV file

- Go to contacts tab/menu in NovoChat Dashboard
- Under Contacts > Click New Contact
