Follow this step-by-step guide to setting up your Facebook Messenger integration.
You are required to have a Facebook Business Page in order to integrate Facebook Messenger.

After creating an account with NovoChat, you'll be prompted to create a workspace, followed by connecting your communication channels. In this case, we'll go through how to integrate your Messenger account into NovoChat.
In the Internal Name field, type in the name of integration. This name is for internal use so that you and your team can recognize the integration.
In the Public Name field, type in how you want the channel name to appear in your NovoChat widget. You can put the same name for Internal and External name.
In Select Page, click on Continue with Facebook button. You will be prompted to log in to your Facebook account.
Once you're successfully logged in, the dropdown will show the list of Facebook Pages associated with that account. Select which you want to integrate to NovoChat.
Click Create.
After created, you will be directed to Edit Facebook page. There will be a setup section below where you can fetch existing conversations in your Messenger to NovoChat inbox. If you want to do so, click on Fetch Conversations.
Done! All new coming messages to your Messenger will appear in your NovoChat inbox.
