Get things done with TimeSync's Team Feature — add and assign multiple teammates to an Event you created.
What can you do with Team Feature?
- Invite your team members to the team workspace
- Schedule meetings with the round-robin feature
- Easily schedule a group meeting with the team's available hours
Here's how to set up the Team feature:
- Firstly, navigate to 'Team Meetings' by clicking on the Team icon on the top left tab. Select your workspace.
- Create a meeting in the workspace by clicking on 'New Meeting'. You will then be prompted to enter information about the Event such as the name, description, and location.
- Once you've created a meeting, navigate to the 'Availability' tab. ****This is the important tab that you have to set up. Add your teammates and set the working hours for each teammate.
