Step-by-Step Guide on Inviting Users to NovoChat

1. Once you’ve logged in to your NovoChat account and selected your workspace, Go to 'Settings'.

1. Then, select ‘Agents’ under the Settings tab.

1. Next, you can click the 'Invite Agent' button to add a user or a teammate.

1. After you click the button, an 'Invite Agent' window will appear. Then, fill in the user email and choose a role. Once you're done, hit the 'Invite' button.
