This is perfect for a ad-hoc booking page, where your clients can decide for themselves how long they want to book you for, instead of you providing them a pre-defined duration.

This gives your invitees the option to determine how long they want the meeting to last.

Follow this step-by-step guide to set it up:

  1. Select the event.

  1. On the Availability settings, choose Ask Invitee for the Event Duration.

  1. Next, create or make some choices for the timing by clicking Add custom duration option.

  1. Now, you can test it by accessing your booking page. You will see a dropdown list for the invitee to choose their preferred duration.
  2. This will automatically be shown and adjusted in your confirmation email.
