You can now let your recipients select a meeting location. Set multiple meeting locations as options on your booking page, and let recipients select themselves!

Here’s how to set it up!

  1. Go to your TimeSync dashboard and select the event.

  1. Next, click Meeting Details under Edit Meeting, then choose Location.

  1. Under Location, select Ask Invitee option.

  1. Once you click the Ask Invitee option, you will be able to set up which location to offer to the invitee. It could be Zoom, Google Meet, phone calls, or physical location.

  1. Do not forget to hit the Update button once you’re done.
  2. Now, you can see on the booking page that the invitee can pick one of the offered meeting locations.
