Creating a round-robin meeting

  1. From your Team Workspace page, click on 'New Meeting'.

  2. Fill up the meeting details such as name, location, meeting link, description, and the email where you want to receive meeting notifications and reminders. Then, click on 'Create Meeting'.

  3. You'll be directed to the Availability section. Here you can assign teammate to the meeting, edit working hours, set team meeting type (Collective vs Round-robin), and more.

  4. To add a teammate to the meeting, click on the 'Add Teammate' button. A dropdown of your team members list will appear. Select teammate and click 'Assign'.

  5. To edit working hours, click on the edit icon next to the teammate's name.

  6. Set availability type to 'Individual' to make this meeting a one-on-one between your invitee and team member.

    <aside> 💡 By default, the round-robin function is activated. Switching off the round-robin toggle will assign a meeting to your teammate based on the priority order. Read through to learn more about how round-robin distribution works.

  7. Once you are done with Availability settings, click on the 'Update' button.

  8. Integrate calendars of each teammate in the Integration tab.

  9. Go to the meeting link to view and test the booking page.

  10. Share the meeting link, embed on websites, or install TimeSync widget and start receiving appointments!
