After you click Submit button to import contact using CSV file but nothing happens or it gets stuck like this

The reason might be due to the data formatting in your CSV file, the invalid number format for instance

Hence, you can reformat or edit the file according to our template as follows

Please note that the number formatting is without "+" and using country code

If you get this format

Here are things you can do

  1. Right click on cell > choose Format cells

  1. A Format Cells window will appear. Click Number > then choose second format > Hit the OK button to save your setting

  1. Try to type number on the cells you just set, it won't get error

  1. Once you input all numbers, save as .csv then upload it again via NovoChat dashboard
