Novocall's callback system now allows you to link your own Twilio account, which enables you to make unlimited calls without any limits from your existing plan.

To start using Twilio for your calls, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings and select General Settings. You may also find it under Settings > Integration.

  1. Under the general setting, scroll down to the "Twilio Settings" section. If you access via the integration page, you will be redirected to this page as well.

  2. Before enabling Twilio, you need to fill in your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. You can find your account's Auth Token in the Account Info pane of your Twilio Console Dashboard page.

  1. By default, your account's Auth Token is hidden. To reveal it, click "show" and to conceal it again, click "hide." You can find the full details in Twilio’s help article.
  2. Once you have entered your Account SID and Auth Token, toggle the "Enable Twilio" button and click the Update button to start using Twilio for your Novocall calls.

  1. Once it’s connected to Twilio, check your dashboard to see if the call will be using Twilio balance.
